About Christine Gendreau, MSOM, Diplomate OM, LAc:
Founder, River Island Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine Clinic

Christine Gendreau graduated Magna Cum Laude, MS Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, Northwestern Health Sciences University. Her course of study included over 3,000 hours of clinical and didactic training in both Chinese and Western medicines.

Gendreau completed her baccalaureate studies at the College of St. Catherine, BA Biology, Cum Laude, Beta Beta Beta and Psi Chi Honor Societies.

Gendreau has 15 years entrepreneurial experience owning and operating a health care-based business.

Gendreau is certified in both Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and licensed through the Minnesota State Board of Medical Practice. Her additional credentials include: licensed and certified massage therapist, licensed and certified esthetician with advanced training certification in craniosacral therapy and myofascial release modalities.
